Julia leads online classes for the over 60s, or anyone looking for an enjoyable non-cardio work out that helps to strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility and balance, as well as boosting emotional wellbeing.
The online classes are delivered via Zoom on Friday mornings 10.15-11.00am from Julia’s living room!
