Dance Fitness

Julia is running online dance fitness classes.  These classes usually happen in Inverness and Dingwall but, due to lockdown, they have been moved online via Zoom.  The class is a gentle work out that is suitable for all ages but is particularly relevant to people looking for a non-cardio class involving movement appropriate for people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s.
